Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Montana!

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Urgent Care teams!  We offer competitive compensation, great benefits, and flexible scheduling to accommodate a great work life balance!

Position Description

• Full-time, shift based opportunities
• Experienced team: 2 Physicians and 4 APPs
• 156 shifts a year
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 0700 – 2000 and Saturday – Sunday 0900 – 1830
• High volume of pts (approx. 30 pts/day) and fast-paced, high acuity work environment
• POC testing and digital X-Ray located in clinic
• Support staff includes an experienced nursing staff, rad tech, and front desk staff
• Multi-specialty providers available for consult
• Connected to main hospital for direct admit if needed

• Hospital employed shift based compensation model with incentive bonus structure
• Health, dental, and paid disability insurance + malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Retirement + 5% match
• Generous CME allowance - $6k annually
• Sign on / relocation bonus
