Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery seeks Clinical Manager to directly supervise office-based clinical support staff across 4 locations. This role requires expertise in direct patient care, workflow design, leadership and training of multidisciplinary teams, customer service and problem solving. Candiate must be energized by a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on efficiency while remaining professional and approachable. Excellent verbal and written communication reinforced by timely feedback and follow-through are required in daily interactions with physicians, staff and patients.

Requirements

Healthcare professionals licensed in SC will be considered to include nurses, therapists and APPs. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and electronic health records required.
