Nuclear Care Partners

Company Overview

Nuclear Care Partners (NCP) is a national nurse staffing and case management organization. NCP is an approved medical provider under the U.S. Department of Labor's Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA), Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), Division of Coal Mine Worker’s Compensation (DCMWC) and Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA). These programs were created to provide benefits in the form of a settlement and medical care to former workers exposed to radiation and toxic chemicals, mainly during the age of nuclear weapons development. Qualifying claimants must have a chronic illness resulting from their exposure to toxins in the workplace. Based on their needs and qualifying medical conditions, NCP provides physician directed in-home care services ranging from HHA/CNA assistance with ADLs, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and medication/appointment reminders up to skilled RN care, monitoring and support. When needed, NCP staff can also train, support, and financially compensate a family caregiver for all of the care they provide in the home for the claimant. NCP takes a very proactive and preventative healthcare approach with the goal of keeping these individuals out of the hospital and as healthy & independent as possible for as long as possible in the comfort of their home.
